I don't classify myself as a typical alcoholic, but I was tired of the fact that I was a slave to my one or two glasses of wine a night for the last many years. Even though it's not considered a lot of alcohol I was completely unable to stop, therefore an alcoholic. After reading this book I had a complete shift of how I looked at alcohol.
