I found myself frequently taking note of the McConaughey tips and tricks. Quotes worth resharing and crazy fun stories leading up to the “golden nuggets of wisdom.”
Best is every word is enveloped in the warm McConaughey way of saying things.

This book is an art piece of exciting and interesting historical knowledge and hypothesis. Definitely opened my eyes to the world and history in a light that I’ve yet seen through before.
Would recommend 10/10

I personally haven’t watched any basketball games, so I feel that if you’re into basketball, you will definitely like the stories about the players even more-so.

I loved a lot of the sections of this book on accountability partners and delving deep in making a goal reality. The processes are simple and easily consumable over time.

Very entertaining read. Awesome stories of the intimate details and inner workings of well known people’s lives and how they applied or didn’t apply stillness.

I felt there was a lot of value in the principles taught for individuals, like myself, in management. I run a sales team and I train new employees year round. But, I felt the information will be even more valuable when I’m a father and parent.
