I can tell you that I will read this book again. This book has truly help me understand the power and significance of relationships, and how teamwork allows us to achieve bigger than we ever thought and contribute to society in ways that we could, before, only imagine! I love this book. The audio version is a 10 out of 10, and the interviews that happened were very insightful, non-fluff and practical!

This book teaches you how to create a successful sales team that can operate without you, and if you want to stay in production, this book also teaches you how to leverage systems, technology and people to free up more time in order for you to do more income generating activities such as setting appointments and giving presentations.
This is not a step-by-step instruction manual of how to implement the specific systems that Brad Korn uses in his real estate business. If you want that, you need to contact Brad in order to receive his coaching. This helps you understand how to create your own methods for a self-sustaining and self running real estate business. I love it and will be listening to it over and over. Bread Korn has the life and business that most real estate agents would consider to be ideal. Glad to be taking advice from two guys who walk the talk.

shout out to the author for reading his own book and doing so with animation! I thoroughly enjoyed this book because of the content and mainly because of the narration! This is the only audiobook I've listened to where I didn't want to claw my eyeballs out because of the boring and mundane narration from the reader. I'm a huge fan of Mike michalowicz now and will be buying all of his audiobooks!
