I’d been hearing about Anxious Attachment for a few years but never really knew what it was about. This book covered the topic very well in easy to understand language. I really loved the meditations that were included as well as the chapters on healing. It now makes so much sense to me why I have struggled with relationships in the past. Now I have new tools for moving forward. Highly recommended!

I had heard of Human Design but didn’t fully understand it. What is learned is that it combines ancient philosophy and modern science to help you create a clear map of your graphic body, which is divided into nine centers, so you can meet the person you are meant to be and live the life you are meant to lead.
