It took them forever to do the simplest of things. The FMC goes into these pointless tangents. I find myself fast forwarding too much. That tells me the story is just dragging on unable to hold my intrest.

I knew he had the power to make me feel, but he also had the power to break me. To pull my heart outside of my chest and stomp on it. I knew falling for a man like Capone came with more than I was ready for. He wasn't feared for no reason. Timmy never meant Jaiden any good, and I knew it from the first time I met him. I've never wanted someone dead as much as I wanted him dead. Timmy needed to go, and I didn't care how he went as long as he wasn't breathing. Capone put it on his life that he would always protect me and mine.

They are so wrong for that. The novel is actually good and there just misguiding the public by bottoming out thier rating just because of a cliffhanger. Most authors do this and a book has to be good to have you so pressed right???

Shes written like a female idiot. She says the stupidest things. Im not even sure if she was a victum. It seems like she just let anything and everything happen to her since she has zero sense, fight or a brain in her head. Her dialog is so piasly cring and it never gets better. I dont think I want to read book 2. Im more so into the guys in a book, but its hard to enjoy overall when I just want to stab her with a fork.

All this praise, but no one mentions how all the male main charaters are horrible. Even the male omega was on the selfish side. It just seemed that the moral of the story was no males in fhis universe are worthy of the fmc all the way untill the end. Everytime you think its getting better, it misses the mark. The ending just made me hate all the pathetic men in this book. I dont even think I like Sean Crisden anymore after this one. I wish I was more prepared for the end. Too graphic and depressing instead of satisfying. I wouldnt recommend this read.

I shouldn't have felt this way about her. She's my brother-in-law's first love. She was forbidden fruit. Ain't shit ever been forbidden for me. I take what I want, and I want her. I shouldn't have these strong of feelings for a woman I just met. I wanted to lay every man who even thought about looking her way… including my brother-in-law. Erin was mine before she even knew it. Our paths were meant to cross, our futures to intertwine.

I dont like being tricked into reading homosexual books. Im not into that and I dont appreciate being tricked into reading about graphic gay love stories. No wonder they make no mention about Maisy and Journey in the synopsis. Ill skip this author in the future.
