Story
It was supposed to be a girls' weekend in scenic St. George, Utah, that would include shopping, trying out the local cuisine, and participating in a breast cancer fund-raiser. The fact that one of the organizers of the fund-raising event, a local doctor, had disappeared two months before was not supposed to be Sadie Hoffmiller's problem. When Sadie learns that her friend Caro and Caro's cousin, Tess, have started a grassroots investigation into Dr. Hendrick's disappearance, Sadie graciously refuses to be a part of it.

Love Josi Kilpack’s books Have read all the books previous to this one in this series and will read the remaining books. And I’ve read most of all her other books as well because I love them and can’t put them down. I won’t try to spell the reader’s name but she does a great job.

Enjoyably Good Read

I always enjoy Esther Hatch books and this one didn’t disappoint. Good story with anHEA is perfect for me. I enjoyed Abbigail Warren’s narration but distracted by background noises that at one time it sounded like a vacuum cleaner in another room. Thus the 4 stars for the performance. And since I can’t give 4.5 stars overall, couldn’t give 5, I had to settle with 4 stars.
I still recommend listening to this work.

Great stories while I worked.

I love novels but sometimes a novella, or six, is/are just as good. I thoroughly enjoyed all six as they had a bit of angst in the sweet stories that of course ended with an HEA. Christa Lewis was great with her narration and accents. Kept my mind off my tasks that made for an enjoyable quick day.

Story
A mountain cabin. A moonlit night. And not a stepmother around to spoil the moment. For a burnt-out grad student looking for a little fun, this camp is paradise...well, almost. With seven mischievous girls in her cabin, Sherry White barely has time to whistle while she works. Then there’s the camp director, who may be the most gorgeous man Sherry’s ever met - and the most serious too. Even after they share a perfect kiss under the stars, Sherry wonders whether they’ll ever see eye to eye.

Loved the book. Even though I thought Roark was a bit over the top with losing his temper so often I understand his need to keep the camp on the up and up. But the fiery clash of “opposites attract” relationship that burned between Roark and “Miss White” reminded me of attraction to my now wife thus it made for a fun light read, or listen.
The narration was great with the many voices she was able to conjure up as well as the different emotions. I will listen again.
