Basically, this book is a very large investigation regarding the relationship between our brains and the stimuli that this kind of content produces.
We've been told that consuming this entertainment form is completely natural and it has no repercussions whatsoever, but Gary Wilson has a well documented work that will challenge those believes and tell you the error of your ways.

Another good book from Brian Tracy that doesn't waste a minute.
The audio quality was not that good, but all of the points and the ideas were presented in a cohesive and organized way.

I listened and read the original version of this book and it did worked originally. Sadly, Allen Carr mentioned in one of the chapters that: "If you smoke a cigarette once more, you'll get hooked immediately". And this indeed happened to me, but once again I'm free from nicotine.
This version comes with more of the same great advices and also new info on the vaping phenomena.

This books presented itself with science based data regarding our own evolutions and mechanisms for reproduction. But not only does it tackle those topics: It goes beyond by exploring intimate connections and tabu subjects as well.

A very short but mentally rewarding experience that will challenge most of the self help books that you can find on this platform. Short and to the point.
The only thing I disliked was that there is no accompanying PDF and it directs you to the website instead.

Peter Coyote and Don Miguel Ruiz did it again with this banger of a book. If you need a reminder on The Four Agreements and also learn a few new things from the Toltec, give it a try!
