I have to admit, when the 6:20 Man came out I had trouble getting into it. But I'm so glad I stayed with it and learned who Travis Devine was, because this one was incredible. Baldacci did such a good job of fleshing him out in such a short time. The story was fantastic and took off at a good pace, then took off running. I honestly never saw the this coming. I highly recommend this book. And having the multiple narrators, it made it feel like watching a movie with your eyes closed. As with most of Baldacci's books, I can't wait for Travis's next adventure.

OK, It's Mitch Rapp, so I'm not saying it's bad, but it is certainly not as good as the previous stories. I'm sure a lot has to do with the change in narrator, after years of listening to George Guidall. Steven Weber is OK, but he doesn't sound like Mitch. The story is also not on par with previous stories. I want to be as fair as I can, but when you have been following a character for 21 previous books and then you make significant changes, it has an impact. Hoping the next story is able to rebound. Mitch is one of my most favorite characters and I hate to see him fade out. This is not a Vince vs Kyle thing, because Kyle has written some awesome books over the past few years. I look forward to the next installment to see where things go.

I've been in love with Mitch Rapp since his beginning, and Kyle Mills is continuing the work of Vince Flynn in fine fashion. the meat of this adventure is unexpected, but true to Rapp style. George G continues to be one of the best narrators in the business and is firmly in trenched as the voice of Rapp and Kennedy. I can't wait for the next chapter of this incredible team Flynn created. ling live Mitch Rapp.

To begin with, this is another great listen from Baldacci, and much of that credit goes to Cassidy and Brewer. The best narrating team in the business in my opinion. Then Decker and Jamison are stuck way out of their comfort zone with the area and the circumstances. Decker continues to evolve as a character and you find out more about him personally. What surprised me the most was not the solving of the crimes, but the special guests that pop up, a welcome treat for us Baldacci fans that follow all of David's characters. This was definitely a great listen.

Did you enjoy the TV show "24"? If so then you need to listen to this series. And remember to breathe. I've been through the first 5 and it has been a rollercoaster. Great stories and fast moving action. The only thing I can compare it to is "24". Luke and his team are great. And after things settle down a bit, the President isn't too bad either. Narrater is really good, using different voices for the characters, puts real emotion into the reading. Give it a try and I bet you'll be hooked, just like I was.

Can't go wrong with Payne and Jones!

I've read all fo the Kuzneski books I can get my hands on, and am used to Dick Hill as the narrater, so when I turned this one on and heard Colacci, I was disappointed, but only briefly. As Payne and Jones came to life, the same trademark banter was there that I loved so much. While this was not the most breath-taking adventure they have taken me on, it is was still as enjoyable as the rest. Occasionally a writer creates characters that just come alive and become part of your world. This is what Kuzneski has done with the Payne and Jones series. I can't wait for the next adventure I can share with them.

The premise was very interesting, so I gave it a shot. I have enjoyed several of Glenn Cooper's books before so I am a fan of the author. This one had some slow points that were hard to get through, and I was really looking for more of an impactful ending. Overall not bad, but The Tenth Chamber and Secret of the Seventh Son were much better.

If you like anti-terrorist stories, you have to try these books. The characters are great and continue to grow. The stories are exciting, and riveting. The narration is exceptional. John Dempsey and the Ember team keep the world safe by putting their lives on the line and successfully completing their mission. 4 books in and I cannot wait until the next one is released. Try this series, you wont be disappointed.

I bought this on a whim, and couldn't be more pleased. I love these anti-terrorist books and this is one of the best. No one beats Mitch Rapp, but John Dempsey is carving out a place of his own. The team he leads, the personal struggles he faces, all make him an endearing hero. The stories the authors create for Dempsey, and the delivery of the narrator are all fist rate. My only complaint is that there are so far only two books. Now I have to wait for the next installment to come out, but I will try to be patient.

Loved it. I've grown up with these characters since Isles first introduced them. They way he has developed them over the series is amazing. The reveals in this conclusion were astounding. Of you are an Isles fan, you have to read this one, if you are just getting started go back to the beginning.

As for narrative, Scott Brick makes the story come alive. I drive down the road and feel like I'm watching a movie in my mind. One of the best narrators working games today.

Please, Mr. Isles, keep them coming. What is Pen Cage going to get himself into next.
