Sorry but I wasn’t looking for a multimedia experience. Just interested in the book but the music got in the way.

Story
On a Long Island beach at dusk, Bob Mitchell and Janet Whitney conduct their illicit love affair in front of a video camera, set to record each steamy moment. Suddenly a terrible explosion lights up the sky. Grabbing the camera, the couple flees as approaching police cars speed toward the scene. Five years later, the crash of Flight 800 has been attributed to a mechanical mal-function. But for John Corey and Kate Mayfield, both members of the Elite Anti-terrorist Task Force, the case is not closed.

Annoying background soundtrack!
Reviewed: 03-10-18
What disappointed you about Night Fall?
Annoying background soundtrack! The story and the readers performance where as expected. However there was a very annoying and constant background soundtrack that I found to be An unnecessary Distraction.
Would you ever listen to anything by Nelson DeMille again?
Yes! As I said I have no problem with this author.
Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Scott Brick?
No one.
If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from Night Fall?
None. I would edit out the odd music car sounds etc.
