It started off with nice, relaxing music.
The clanging bells later were not relaxing and they woke me up.
I'm returning this one.

These kindly, genteel, elderly criminals get involved with a biker gang, a sexpot Tarot reader, a talking robotic vacuum, and a kitty-cat accomplice at the very end. I was howling with laughter!

I enjoyed this.
It gave a brief history and included the influence of the Scotch-Irish on modern-day America.
The narration was good.
Anyone wanting to know more about this group would enjoy this book.

Recognize the person with time blindness is NOT behaving this way on purpose. Understand that there are two kinds of time for this person - now and not now. Encourage self regulation by having clocks in every rooms, setting multiple alarms, tripling the estimated time things take, etc. It's an impairment. Don't blame.

A beautiful story narrated perfectly.
I truly enjoyed the story of a boy caught between cultures and the transformative friendship he had with a Tibetan Holy Man.
Kipling should be read more often these days!

I listened to this while recovering from depression.
There are lots of common sense ideas in here that we tend to forget.
"We don't exist to serve out space - it exists to serve us."
Without perfectionism or shaming, the author explains how to function in regard to housekeeping.
I also went to her website and bought her mental health bundle, a cookbook with simple recipes, and a meal planning print-out.
(Note: the large file had to be unzipped.)
Her approach has been really helpful!

Lots of details about PF and plenty of hope.
Most people can recover.
This book takes a more scientific approach than some I've seen. There is a long discussion of orthotics.
Prevention, including exercises and slow plans for resuming running, are included.

I split my sides laughing!
The oh-so-solemn voice of the narrator was perfect. He ridiculed our endless quest for enlightenment and fulfillment by looking in all the wrong places, such as by finding "mindfulness" (Ha!) in an endless line at Starbucks, or by gazing into infinity and our smartphones at the same time. Don't lose your sh** or your serenity! Do you need a good laugh? This will do the job.

It's a full history of Athena in a small package.
I enjoyed the academic approach.
This is not a comic book.
It's intelligently written.
The narrator was wonderful.
His accent was pleasant to hear and easy to understand.
This is one I will come back to again and again.
