Story
Noah Turner sees monsters. His father saw them - and built a shrine to them with The Wandering Dark, an immersive horror experience that the whole family operates. His practical mother has caught glimpses of terrors but refuses to believe - too focused on keeping the family from falling apart. And his eldest sister, the dramatic and vulnerable Sydney, won't admit to seeing anything but the beckoning glow of the spotlight...until it swallows her up. Noah Turner sees monsters. But, unlike his family, Noah chooses to let them in....

Story
In the middle of the night, in a house on a quiet street in suburban Minneapolis, intruders silently murder Luke Ellis' parents and load him into a black SUV. The operation takes less than two minutes. Luke will wake up at The Institute, in a room that looks just like his own, except there's no window. And outside his door are other doors, behind which are other kids with special talents - telekinesis and telepathy - who got to this place the same way Luke did: Kalisha, Nick, George, Iris, and 10-year-old Avery Dixon.

Love it!! I am definitely a constant reader and this is Stephen King doing what he does best in the fantastic and insane world of his creation. I also really enjoyed the performance by Santino Fontana and hope he will continue narrating additional books in the future.

listening to these books is really wonderful and horrible at the same time. I really do enjoy the story. It's not the best story ever by any means but I really enjoy it it's fast-paced I love the characters I just really do enjoy it. However I don't enjoy how short the books are in the fact that it's priced out sort of if I want to listen to the book it's 350 Pages for 7:50 and I just don't really feel that it's a good narrative in and of itself. However I do love the story. It does come out fast. But I think the pricing structure is such that I would rather wait for a compendium! puns intended! And please excuse any inappropriate punctuation or stops of narrative. As I dictated this straight through my voice diction on my phone and I'm going with it!
