I really enjoyed this one! We get to know Mattie, Robo and Cole more as well as Brody. I really enjoyed getting to see Mattie and Brody trusting each other more and building a good working relationship. Brody's girlfriend has gone missing in this one and they call Mattie and Robo back from training in order to try and find her but by the time they do, she's been killed and body hidden in the mountains. A tip is called in and Mattie and Robo are the ones that track and find the body. Brody hikes down for forensics team and Mattie and Robo stay behind to guard the gravesite and they end up tangling with a cougar and thankfully Cole volunteers to bring supplies up to Mattie that night and stay with her so she isn't by itself without supplies with the snowstorm coming in. It works out as Cole can take care of Robo's wound and it allows Mattie and Cole to build more of a foundation and relationship together. They continue to get to know each other and build a deeper bond and trusting, working partnership. This one was definitely well done with the mystery and intrigue and some twists and turns as they try and figure out where Adrienne was on her last day and who/why she was killed. I really enjoyed getting to know all the characters better and watching the different relationships develop more and how much better Mattie and Robo are becoming at working together. I am very excited for the next books in the series!
The narrator did a fantastic job with the characters and having different voices for all of them as well as acting out the action and emotion happening in the story. Very well done!

The moment I met Aston Cage, I knew my life had changed. A single dance later, we’re both all in. Until he ghosted me. Then my boss fires me for dancing with the enemy. Three months later, working for the Cages is my last resort. Now I’ll work beside him day by day, trying not to let my feelings take control. It’s heaven and hell. Except I’m starting to think there’s a part of this story I’m missing.

Great read! Loved it!

I really enjoyed this story! It pulled me in from beginning to end and held my attention the entire time. I loved getting to know the Cage's better and seeing more of their antics as they are a large family and have just had a major twist thrown at them with figuring out that they have 5 more siblings, 4 sisters and another brother. Aston is trying to hold things together and figure it out and so he has pulled back from Blakely a few months ago after their dance and kiss. Things were looking really good for both of them and then he got the call about his dad and then learned the news about the separate families and terms of the will so he doesn't call. Things take a turn for Blakely as well when her horrible boss finds a way to fire her over dancing with Aston, he's supposed rival, and then blackballs her out of being hired by someone else. Last resort she ends up with a job interview with the Cage's, one of Aston's brothers being her boss. It is doubly complicated as her best friend Isabel is one of the new Cage sisters. With the close proximity and being around each other again, it is hard for both of them to avoid and deny the connection that they have and so things start again. I enjoyed watching these two get to know each other amidst everything going on and thought that they handled their complicated connections very well. I really liked Blakely and Aston together. They balance each other out well. This story flowed well and had plenty going on though there wasn't really a big bad villain/terror in this one. It is more dealing with what life has thrown at them and finding a way forward together. I enjoyed getting to know both factions of the Cage's and can't wait for the next one!

Great read and start to the series!

I really enjoyed this one! It pulled me in from beginning to end and was very well done. It was a great start to a new series. Mattie has been paired with K-9 Robo and they are newly partnered together and trained. Mattie is building a great bond and relationship with Robo and they are coming to trust and rely on each other. Mattie is learning to read Robo better and better and learning to trust him and his instincts, which is making them a stronger team. Mattie and Robo finds the body of a young teenage girl outside of Timber Creek and they are assigned to the case and working with the detective. Mattie ends up connected with Cole Walker, the local vet, when she takes the dog that was with the body to him and learns about his daughter's connection to the deceased. It ends up with the two in closer proximity as they work to find the truth and who killed the young girl before more bodies turn up. Mattie and Robo seem to be ruffling enough feathers that they start to become a target. This was really well done with the twists and turns and getting to know all of these characters. There is a connection between Cole and Mattie though nothing really happens between them, just getting to know each other and the possibility of it. This story is pretty much all about the mystery and case though there is a little bit of romance though in this one it is mostly possibility. The mystery of who did it and why was well done and I loved the addition of Robo and his part in solving the case. I'm excited to see what is coming next as I really fell in love with both Mattie and Robo and am hoping to see something build between her and Cole as well. I was engaged the entire time and can't wait to start the next one.
The narrator did a great job with all the characters and different voices and really bringing the story to life. The characters sounded different and you could tell who was talking. She did a fantastic job with the action and really showcasing it in her voice and making it real and acting it out. Very well done!

This story was hot and entertaining. Things happen pretty quickly and it is a short one but was pretty entertaining. Luke overhears a conversation that Gracie is having with her best friend about some of her fantasies and what she really wants and it turns him on. It gives Luke the push and perspective that he needs to ask Gracie out and start setting something up to fulfill her fantasies as well as getting her to open up to him and start to build a relationship. The story is hot and it has a little bit of kink with some control, tying up, and m/f/m. The story was entertaining and hot and great if you aren't looking for something deep but something quick and hot.
The narrator did a good job with the story.

This one was entertaining and enjoyable. Whitney is matched to Alarr, Oran and Teig of Viken and is transported to them where they are working, security at a pleasure resort. They are undercover trying to find who is moving stolen coalition weapons and they were not expecting to be matched to a bride and be bringing her in while on this mission and of course IC doesn't give them a choice. They are told not to tell her and to take advantage of the additional coverage and access. They are building a pretty good relationship with Whitney but are having to separate so one is watching the weapons/hold at times which does cause some questions after Whitney talks to the Queen and some information is shared. Whitney has some trust issues due to her father and brother and what they did on Earth and what how they used her. She has to deal with that and figure out how to let her mates in. This one definitely has the twist as Whitney has a major issue with the lies that were told since she didn't know what was going on and that her mates were undercover. They have to figure out how to overcome it and show Whitney that they understand and weren't using her the same way. This was entertaining and enjoyable.

I really enjoyed this one! We are back to Rogue 5 and Ivy is tracking down a bounty in order to get revenge/justice for her team that was killed after taking a bad dose of quell. She was the lone survivor and just badly. She has been discharged from the coalition and so has come up with a trade and deal with the Astra legion in order to get onto Rogue 5 and find her man. She ends up with a short one night stand with a hot man while waiting for her contact to shortly find out that her one night stand is the contact, things definitely take a turn as both were drawn to each other but are focused on different goals at the time. Ivy to get her man bounty and Zenos to find and get his hands on the antidote to the venom that runs through his hybrid body. He realizes pretty quickly that Ivy is his mate but he can't bite her without risking her life. He doesn't trust in the antidote yet and it causes some problems for sure. He also has to realize how capable Ivy is. I loved watching Zenos show her their way of life as they tracked down her bounty and she understood and fit with their way of life and moral code. This story was full of action and intrigue and sexy times as well. I really enjoyed this one and loved getting more of Rogue 5.

I enjoyed this one a lot. It started off with a bang pretty quickly with Niobe getting convinced to do the bride testing and then transporting to her match, thankfully with her weapons, and ending up in the secret base that the hive had taken over. She quickly takes out the hive in front of her, rescues her matched mate, and an incoming transfer and then shuts things down and transports them out. Niobe is a very high ranking officer and is pretty much second to Prime Nial. I loved watching Quinn and Niobe figure things out as Niobe is high ranking and a leader and so finding the balance of letting Quinn protect her and submitting in the bedroom and letting him in. They are well matched and I loved watching them find the balance they needed and Quinn finding the solution that they needed and willing to go all in, no hesitation. I enjoyed this one.

Story
Destiny Jones is a princess with a bad attitude. She doesn’t play nice with others, she doesn’t dress up in pretty clothes, and she has absolutely zero interest in behaving like a lady. Especially when she’s so close to catching the people who tried to have her killed. Oh, and kidnapped her mother, queen of the planet Alera. Destiny’s sex-starved body, and its annoying Aleran Ardor, might kill her if her enemies don’t find her first.

I really enjoyed this one! It pulled me in from beginning to end and I loved Destiny's fighting spirit. She is undercover with another faction in Alera and trying to root out if they have her mom but she is in for a run for her money when Nix shows up after her when she admits that she is in danger to her sisters. Nix is a highly trained special forces shadow ops coalition fighter who has gone back to Alera and joined the Queen's guard. Destiny is getting closer and closer to finding a killer with a connection to who has taken her mother and Nix realizes that she is his mate and wants to protect her and keep her safe and they have to find the balance because Destiny is a fighter. This one definitely has some more action and intrigue as the over arcing story is coming to a conclusion and it was really well done. I enjoyed this one and the way that their connection is built and the way that Aleran Ardor was handled as well. Destiny's lasts longer than the others and hers definitely seems to have more of the emotional connection to it that they were struggling with a little bit as Destiny doesn't know that he fully accepts her for who she truly is. They have to deal with that miscommunication and find their way to be together and accept who they truly are and find their compromise in how they handle things. I thought this one was brought together and had a good conclusion for everything. I hope that we get to see some more of Alera in future books somewhere in the Intersteller Bride world.

I really enjoyed this one! It pulled me in from beginning to end and picks up with Faith after we leave off with Trinity. They are still looking into who the traitors are and who has kidnapped their mother. Faith is infiltrating the Jax household to try and find out if/who the traitor is from there. Faith really likes Lord Jax but not his wife so much and she is trying to avoid the son, Thordis Jax, when he comes over and dealing the the Aleran Ardor. Things come to a head when she gets caught in the Master bedroom and is accused of being the traitor and that is when Thordis and Faith are in the same room and he realizes that she is his mate when he awakens. It definitely complicates certain things but it also opens a lot of things up as well. I really enjoyed watching Jax and Faith come together and build their relationship in the midst of everything else going on. Jax knows Faith isn't telling him everything and he is trying to get her to trust him and build the level up enough for her to tell him the truth of who she is and what is going on. I really enjoyed this one and watching things build and more and more coming out regarding the traitors trying to take the throne and who has kidnapped their mother. I can't wait for Destiny's story and for what is coming next.

I absolutely loved this one! This is the fourth in the series and can be read as a standalone but I would still recommend reading previous books as they are soo good. This book does deal with some heavy topics, from both the hero and heroine side of things. This book is about Waylon, one of the twins, and we really get to delve into his personality and relationship with his twin. They both deal with depression though it seems to hit Wilder harder/deeper and he deals with it differently. This book deals with the topic of self harm and depression with close family relatives/relationships. Harlow has recovered from an accident that was traumatic and very difficult. Her father is the one that deals with a lost limb, being in a wheelchair and the chronic pain and is the one that has some depression and self harm tendencies. Harlow is Waylon's ex's little sister. This story is age gap and ex's little sister but it is soo cute. Harlow and Waylon end up connected in a group chat that is for horse lovers and a bit like a support group/advice. Waylon is added by his friend but never introduced so he doesn't know who everyone is and they don't know who he is. Harlow and Waylon start chatting with each other in a side text and really get to know each other that way. Both enjoy it because of everything they have going on in their lives and the potential for reputations and history to have ideas formed about them based on reputation/family reputation and history so both are enjoying it being about what they share and feeling free and safe to share and be their genuine selves. This story was really well written and deals with the hard topics really well. I thought it was realistic and shows both sides and without judgement. Harlow and Waylon are so cute together as they really just connect and become a safe place for both to be. They do have quite a few obstacles to overcome but the biggest one is Harlow's sister and the fact that Waylon and she dated though it was a long time ago. This story really built the connection and it really worked for me because of that. The connection was so genuine and good for both of them. I loved when they started communicating and knowing who each other were. Waylon at that point knew Harlow was the one from the group chat but she didn't. I loved the openness in this one as Harlow asks for information and lessons from Waylon on dating and guys and sex. It was fun and balanced out the seriousness of the other stuff going on. I loved getting to see the deeper side of both Waylon and Wilder and can't wait for Wilder's book. Truly loved this one!
Please read the trigger warnings at the beginning of the book if you struggle with suicide and self harm.
