I was genuinely upset when this book ended! You can tell Nicolas really researched material on the government and how law enforcement works. Wasn’t cheesy like some military novels

I read a Handmaid’s Tale and watched the series and this was a great follow up. A few plot twists I wasn’t expecting!
I really like how the series with broken up into first person accounts of their experiences of various people that lived in Gilead and in Canada. Easy to listen to!
