Narration ALMOST perfect.

The Miss Fortune Series is great and I love the narration. HOWEVER, she pronounces many of the names and places incorrectly. Pronunciations in Louisiana are not always as they are spelled. It’s a small thing but you would think someone in editing would catch that.

But when special events coordinator Holder Darby walks off the job just as 500 Alabama bankers pour in the front door, Davis steps up - or would that be in? Definitely in. Davis steps in it. Not only has the convention director vanished, but a certain Bellissimo guest is missing - one who forgot to pack the million dollars he left in the bathtub.

I love the Davis Way books, but the reader has the most irritating male voices. She is a great female voice but all her male voices are either growling or they sound like idiots.
