I was elated when I saw this book came out. I was saving a credit just because I couldn't find anything but as soon as I saw this I downloaded. I had to see what our tall necromancer Queen was doing. absolutely worth every bit of weight. can't wait for the next one! Hannah schooner hitting it out of the park with this performance. can't wait to see the adventures in the next book. 100% amazing!

Story
Ethan's got a cushy job and an empty apartment to prove he's mastered monotony. But a mysterious talisman sends him tumbling into a whole new world—quite literally. He says goodbye to spreadsheets and hello to becoming the first-ever human Goblin King. Rivals? The ex-King’s ticked-off offspring are itching to overthrow him. Duels? They’re on his calendar next to ‘avoid rebellion.’ Wives? He’s required to have at least two.

I was excited after I read the description listened to the the sample but like halfway through the book it just wasn't fun. I didn't want to constantly hear a man describing sex scenes. I liked verna's voice but grizzlers voice just graded on my ears and the fact that Ethan never used his abilities. never did anything other than his supposed kickboxing. it was just not exciting. not fun. I would not recommend this to anyone else

Story
When quiet Orrin and his extroverted best friend, Daniel, were transported to a strange RPG-based world, not much changed between them. Daniel became a hero of legend, while Orrin remained his unobtrusive shadow. Only when they faced a particularly lethal foe did Orrin step out of his comfort zone and display his true worth—with powers he didn't know he had. Of course, Daniel got all the glory, but Orrin doesn't mind. He's just happy they're both still alive.

I loved the New characters that continued great world building the explanation of the administrative powers and that ending man. I can't wait until the next book. from what I can see it's not going to come until next year but I will be waiting with bated breath

Story
Eizo is a middle-aged, overworked software engineer who loves cats. One night after working late, he saves an injured cat from a speeding truck. The cat survives, but Eizo does not... Luckily, that cat turns out to be a god-like being who offers him a second chance in another world! Eizo decides that he wants a slower life, one where he can live off the things he creates with his own hands. So, why not become a blacksmith? He does have one other stipulation: a cat companion for his quiet life.

story was really good. I enjoyed the descriptions of the action of the sword making process and the pacing was great. I quite enjoy this narrator. there were quite good at doing both male and female voices
