while I love this series, the audio version is just cringy because the male narrator is horrible. Not only could you tell he was reading, his Southern accent was beyond ridiculous. I sincerely with authors would do a better job vetting narrators before putting out a poor audio book.

If you're going to write Southern characters, please either get Southern narrators or narrators who can perform a believable accent. Sebatians performance was cringy at best and really made finushing this one difficult.

Tristan Janes' narration wasn't great but Stephanie Wyles' narration was truly horrible. She sounds robotic and her inflection was just odd. Although I thoroughly enjoyed the story, I could not listen to the audio book because of the narration.

the narration was cringe-worthy! The narrator couldn't decide if our heroine was English, Australian, French, or American Southern Bell and if our hero was Russian or Transylvanian (hint; he was supposed to be Italian). Her accents were truly horrible.

The story, on the other hand, was fantastic. I felt heartsick for both characters, for very different reasons, and truly rooted for them and their hea.

This was my first read by Natasha Anders, but it won't be my last. I wish I could say the same fir Justine Eyres narration, but I will run a mile from any audio book that requires her to read with an accent.

Oh, my. I've heard some really bad impressions of a Southern accent here on audible, but this one was probably the worst. On top of that, he did a really poor job of reading. It was very difficult to distinguish between internal and external dialogue, and, when I could, it was hard to hear over my laughing.

Overall, I could only listen to a couple chapters before I went back to my kindle. Anyone know how to get a refund from Audible?

This was a wonderful tool for me when I first began my meditation practice and have found myself coming back to it over and over again, in large part, because Jeremy's voice is so relaxing and soothing. He's able to guide my meditations without causing my brain to get hung up on and pick apart weird speech patterns I've found with some other guided meditations on audible.

I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to begin a meditation practice.
