This book hit so many areas that plague our society today and written to where I could feel the anger, frustration, and heartache of all the many people lives that was touched. I couldn’t help but hurt and cry when reading the last chapter. Great series!

I didn’t care for the narrator. It diminished the story. I almost stopped reading because it was hard to get past her voice. I would have enjoyed it more if it was read by someone else more palatable.

The confrontation on the island not intense enough, but still interesting. Would have like a little more action.

I enjoyed the story. I like new takes on old genres. The ghosts (sleepers) here area kind of hybrid, which I thought was clever.
