Time itself can be wound back like a clock. The power of Winding can fix mistakes and prevent disasters. Or, in the wrong hands, it can be used as a weapon against the world.... Juniper Trask is a prodigy, raised under the Council’s strict Code, which allows Winders to exist in secret among average humans. After the shocking murder of her mentor, she is chosen to take his seat on the Council. But as Juniper settles into her new role, cracks of dissension are forming around her, and she uncovers the dark truth behind their power.

Fast, Emotional, Entertaining!

Well written characters with emotional depth, gift us a timely new touch in Scifi, perfectly relevant to our 21st Century state.
It's a great read; easy on the mind but thought provoking and emotionally stirring. When I pick it up, it's so easy to be wound right back into the story and connected to what's happening. There are no pointless encounters- every personality drives the story forward and plays an influential part on the lives of Michael and Juniper.
The science part is fun because it's not entirely our of the realm of possibility. I would suspect the author knows a little about quantum physics. Enough that the concept seems plausible.
You really root for the good guys because of their humanity and you hate the bad guys... because of their humanity. Great read, highly recommended and looking forward to more from this author!!!
