The book is pretty solid. it's pretty dated and the last section on fears was draggy. there was a lot of scope but very little depth

Way too deep content for what I need now. Dr Mike narrates a good pace and the content is amazing but it's university lecture level stuff. I might revisit this in the future

Summarized versions of the Tim Ferriss Podcast

Before I bought this book, I heard about Tim Ferriss and because of this book, I found his podcast, found a couple of awesome writers like Ryan Holiday.

This book is fine but its not been narrated by Tim himself. The only advantages it has over the podcast is it gives you the highlights and Tim gives you feedback if he is using any of the advice he gets from his titans. The podcast has over 300 episodes so just the highlights make 22 hours seem low. I found myself wondering about what was left off and went to find the podcast.

After that, this book seems like I am just reading the index. Otherwise, its a great book.

if you like detailed deep analysis on any subject matter. Then this is your book.

It was interesting but in a pure historical, geeked out science paper. Probably could have been half the length but you get a ton of examples. all of them I believe

Choices . some is good. too many hurts you. but it's a bit long. if you get this book, check the last chapter which sums up the book. if you want to dig deeper start from the beginning

This book is prefaced by Simon but I figured there would be more application for the individual. It covers finding your why with the help of someone else, helping the tribe find their why and your company to find their why.

Its a great book if you want a guide on how to expand the idea of why through out your group or organization. If you are reading this book however, you have already read all of Simon's other books. Just re-read those if its for your self only. I am about half way thru it and its been a bit of struggle because it focuses 33% on the individual.
