I’ve listened to it several times. Great story and great narration. I read the book, but Michael Ferraiuolo brings it to a higher dimension of enjoyment.

I loved this book when I read it, but Michael Ferraiuolo’s voicing of the characters allowed the true snark to come through, and I was laughing in the car all the way to work this morning! The serious parts can bring you to tears, but they are few and far between. A truly enjoyable listen.

The story is a great ending to this chapter of the dragons’ stories. Joel Leslie does a marvelous job bring the characters to life.

I read the book and enjoyed it. It was entertaining, but then I listened to the audio and the characters jumped into life and I loved it. The way the characters were voiced was spot on, even Jason's trouble breathing and close to fainting episodes. Sillian's sneers became super high-class. I found myself actually laughing out loud at Jason's highjinks and smart mouth. Definitely worth a listen.

I enjoyed the book when it came out, but I have to say that the audio version really brought the characters into another dimension. Although I loved the narration of the previous books in the series, that narration with Miro and Ian who were minor players in this book. Scott Smith make himself the voice of Eli and Kelso.

I loved Eli coming to the realization of his feelings for Kelso. Also the secondary characters were really well portrayed by the narrator. All in all, a delightful listen.

There were enough hooks and red herrings to keep me from ever guessing who the killer was. Also, the narration was superb. Totally enjoyable listen.

I read this book when it first came out because I have been following the series and had been anticipating this release (and it was as good as I anticipated). However, even knowing the story, Michael Ferraiuolo brought another whole dimension to the story which blew me away. I don't do book reports to entice people to read a book; however, let me just say that this story brought a lot of emotion and heartfelt joy to me as a reader and all that all that emotion was magnified by this wonderful narration.

I love visiting this world and all its people. It's so intriguing and well written, it will keep you on the edge of your seat. A modern day human and an 800 year old vampire - hilarity and drama ensues. AND Joel Leslie is a master of accents and innuendo. He grabs the story and takes it into the atmosphere. He is a joy to listen to.

But, as with all Emma Alcott's books, the bad boy is redeemed and the boy with the amazingly weird imagination gains his confidence and love. Russ and Colton are not your usual lost in the woods and snowed in story. This story had depth and feelings and maybe spies! All of her books are well written and the stories are great - I enjoy her work so much. Michael Ferraiuolo is a wonderful narrator and he brings this story into amazing 3-D. If you have not listened to him, he is truly one of the best out there. Don't miss this one.
