Critical Thinking: Insights in Logical Fallacies and Sophistication in Deep Reasoning
- By: Joshua Coopers
- Narrated by: Oskar Gundersen
- Length: 3 hrs and 41 mins
- Unabridged

Overall

Story
The majority of this book is based on the concept of fallacies. This idea is the notion that people often come up with the wrong reasoning, the wrong conclusions, and the wrong steps in their logic. Since they do this, they often argue about things that completely seem to contradict each other, but they don’t. Many people base their fallacies on emotions, past experiences, biased thoughts, or some other thing that gets in the way of pure, correct, infallible logic.

Audiobooks such as these make my day. They're excellent. I gained from this book. It was really an eye-opener. I was intending to find out more about this topic anyway, so it was actually no coincidence that I came across this. I listened to it, and not to my surprise, it was precisely what I was trying to find. There were a lot of points within this book that I did not know until now. I am thankful I found it. It was worth my time, especially since I listened to it while driving a car to my job.

Story
Dyslexia is a common problem and can be helped and noticed when given the right tools. My aim is to show you those tools. Recognition of the problem is the first step, as is knowing where it came and what the symptoms are. From there, one could tap into programs and exercises that can stimulate the child’s senses and help him/her become better at reading in a shorter time period. This is what it’s all about: To push them into the fast track towards the same capabilities as any other person without the unnecessary frustrations and disappointments so many children experience.

This is interesting content. It's important to read between the lines, to understand what people are saying even if they aren't using any words (sometimes, it's the opposite of the words coming out of their mouths).
