I look for long stories
Reviewed: 09-08-23
Long stories don’t always work out to hold my attention but this series held my attention and I was googling to see if there was another book after this. The story is far from over and I’ll hope for and be waiting for it.

I love this story
Reviewed: 05-04-23
I look for books with many hours of listening. Sometimes it’s disappointing and feels like there’s a lot of filler to the story. Not this one. I loved it all the way through the chapters stayed true to who they were and weren’t sacrificed for a twist in the story. John Pirhalla is a new favorite.

Hi marks for narration
Reviewed: 11-08-22
If I could have given more stars, for the narrator I would have. I’ve listen to many books and watched many movies encompassing this storyline. This book is especially good, as I was listening I was constantly wading through my memories trying to place Morgan’s role in the other literature I have come across. When I hit chapter 3 or 4 I went to the search feature to look for more books by this author. Sophia Keetch’s writing is sophisticated and elegant.

Too much sex watered down the story.

I loved the story. Loved recognizing the scripture references but I’m done with the series. I felt like I was picking through the sex to sift out the story. There is a confusion between love conquers all and sex conquers all.
