Christians need to hear this

Christians need to stand up to the manipulation and gaslighting this culture is trying to throw at us. There is no love without truth. We need to return to living our lives based on what God requires of us, and stop letting the culture redefine our terms.

The logic of a Christian worldview

Asking someone why they believe what they believe can lead to great conversations. If someone doesn't believe the Bible, we can also ask why not? Their answer will give us a great starting point... especially if we ask them with what would they replace it? By showing people we are interested in their beliefs, they might be more open to hearing ours. As such, we might be able to clarify some logical fallacies, like Christianity and science don't mix. It's the only worldview that doesn't contradict itself.

There has been much talk about this book by people who've never even read it. They are simply going off other's defensive responses. I would encourage you to actually read this book. You may be surprised at the left wing monetary connections discovered by this investigative journalist who actually believes God's Word is clear. She acurately calls out leaders who fear man more than they fear God.

Scholarly exegesis

Piper's response to Wright is full of grace and respect for the scholarship of his brother in Christ. I loved that. So much of this book includes long excerpts from Wright's book to clarify each argument and to unpack them one at a time. Piper painstakingly exegetes scripture after scripture to explain why this "new interpretation" of Paul supports the very arguments Paul fought so hard to reject! These doctrines didn't start with the Reformation, They started with Christ, the Apostles, and the Living Word itself.

Phyllis Schlafly at her best!

Schlafly earned her masters in government from Radcliffe College in 1945 and worked for the American Enterprise Association, a conservative think thank that later became AEI. After marrying and raising a family of six children, she earned a law degree from Washington University in 1978. She is best known for stopping the radification of the ERA amendment in 1982 on the grounds that it would remove all protections that women (who don't want to be treated like men) now enjoy.

A stalwart legend of conservative ideals and debate for over 60 years, Schlafly wrote this book at the age of 82. She brilliantly and unapologetically presents the arguments for the irreplaceable role that wives, mothers, and homemakers contribute to the family and society as a whole, especially for the health and wellbeing of our precious children. Children are not inconveniences to be raised by the state. In full Schlafly form, she tackles the harms of feminism in our society from an economical, political, and cultural context. She exposes the corrupt agenda of the left, and the under-handed lies employed to perpetuate it.

No one but a parent is the expert on his child. Don't abdicate that responsibility to someone else. Let them experience real life, not life on a screen or in a bubble. Teach them. Let them fail. It's the only way they'll discover their strengths and what they can truly accomplish. Sometimes we just need to get out of the way.

Dangerous lies meant to deceive the Church are working.

Honest. Shoots straight to the heart of why we want to believe the lies we believe. We must be on guard for cultural words and ideas that "sound nice," when actually they sabotage sound Christian doctrine. We are NOT enough and never will be. To tell anyone that "they are enough" sounds nice. However, this empty platitude perpetuates a pressure to perform that we were never meant to bear. It actually supports the notion that Christ died in vain. We need Christ. We will never be enough without Him. In fact, anyone not firmly attached to the Vine will fall for anything.

Easy-to-read and hard-to-put-down! Morano knows his stuff. He loads this book with quote after quote of progressives incriminating themselves and this movement. As usual, logic, facts, and science are on the side of conservatives. Emotion, scare-tactics, and control are the game plan of the ones pushing this dangerous, wasteful, and audacious idea. Loved it.

Should be required reading for every Christian who desires the truth of what it means to lay down our lives for Him who suffered for us. We, in the west, are too soft compared to the saints who suffered under real totalitarian oppression.
