Story
Many of us dread having to convey our ideas to others, often feeling ill-equipped, anxious, and awkward. Public speaking experts help by focusing on planned communication experiences such as slide presentations, pitches, or formal talks. Yet, most of our professional and personal communication occurs in spontaneous situations that creep up on us and all too often leave us flustered and stumbling for words. Stanford lecturer, podcast host, and communication expert Matt Abrahams provides tangible, actionable skills to help even the most anxious of speakers succeed when speaking spontaneously.

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?
A true story. This should be in fictional stuff. Also something with an order or theme. It seems a lot of thinking random ideas.
What do you think your next listen will be?
not sure but I will not get stuff from Tolle again
What didn’t you like about Jose Manuel Vieira’s performance?
He is good Its not his fault this book. Although I would say he should read it first then audio read it It seems like the first time he saw the book he recorded.
If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from El Poder del Ahora (Texto Completo) [The Power of Now ]?

Story
There just isn't enough time for everything on our to-do list - and there never will be. Successful people don't try to do everything. They learn to focus on the most important tasks and make sure those get done. They eat their frogs. There's an old saying that if the first thing you do each morning is eat a live frog, you'll have the satisfaction of knowing you're done with the worst thing you'll have to do all day. For Tracy, eating a frog is a metaphor for tackling your most challenging task - but also the one that can have the greatest positive impact on your life.
