Story
The Art of Choosing Happiness is for anyone looking to identify the source of their unhappiness, stress, and discontent and to turn this around to live a more fulfilled life. The insight I gained on this journey made me further appreciate the small things in life, such as enjoying that cup of tea in my garden. It helped me rebuild my own boundaries, which were always there, but I never had the confidence to share these with others. I now stand as a more confident, happier version of myself.

An uplifting and helpful book

I kept feeling like I should be taking notes. There’s so much valuable information in this book that you’ll want to return to certain chapters and listen again and again. The book is well researched and contains plenty of cited studies. The writing style is also good and easy to follow. I also enjoyed the real life experiences and practical tips, such as learning how to breathe when you’re in a stressful situation. The narrator did a fantastic job. Narration was flawless and clear. I’m not sure if this comes in paperback but if it does, you’ll want it.
