I loved the characters of this book, on both sides of the major conflict. the reading was great, and it got me so excited to see what happens with the other interlude characters!

two narrators was good for tonal spacing. i kept finding that tensions were getting too high, and then it would switch characters. great pace

hard to like protaginist, pacing could use some work, setting the scene was 80% of the book. fun ending.

every time I read (or listen to) a gladwell book, i think "this will be good, bit it cant be as good asnhis last book" and time and again I'm pleasantly surprised. his ability to create the perfect image to explain context again explains how there could be enormous implications behind minor errors. a fabulous book!
