Story
Hitherto unseen literary evidence reveals a new dimension to Isaiah's prophecy that uses Israel's ancient history as an allegory of an end-time scenario. Isaiah's Hebrew gospel preempts the New Testament by teaching the path through which God empowers his children to ascent to the highest heaven.

This Is not a christian Book .

The description of the book made me believe that it was a interpretation of Isaiah. but it is not a interpretation that is based on the word of God. therefore, if you get this book with that in mind, you will be extremely disappointed. I think that the description should include "The author believes in reincarnation and other things that do not have a Biblical bases". sorry to say i was very disappointed.

Story
The number one New York Times best-selling story about American Olympic triumph in Nazi Germany, the inspiration for the PBS documentary The Boys of '36, broadcast to coincide with the 2016 Summer Olympics and the 80th anniversary of the boys' gold medal race. Out of the depths of the Depression comes an irresistible story about beating the odds and finding hope in the most desperate of times - the improbable, intimate account of how nine working-class boys from the American West showed the world at the 1936 Olympics in Berlin what true grit really meant.

Story
When a viral apocalypse kills 97 percent of the people on the planet, the survivors' humanity is hanging by a thread. Amid the leftovers of civilization, ex-Army Ranger Jason Larsen is reminded of the meaning of hope, family, and loyalty by a dog and a young boy who are as alone as he is. The survivors he seems to collect become family, and that is very bad news for those who think they run the apocalypse.

Story
"The Suck" - the virus that claimed 97 percent of humanity - is gone. The arrival of other survivors with a different take on the future may be as dangerous as the virus itself. In the middle, with their hands on the scales, is a group of former soldiers and civilians who survived the virus in Antarctica. They’ve arrived to find a dead world, with no rules. The best-selling story of Jason, Pro, and Rachel continues where End of Summer, book one of the Seasons of Man series, left off.

This is the second book in the series. It took me a couple of chapters to get into the new book. Because I had love the first book so much. Once it started going, I began to really get into it. One more book in the series so hopefully they will be able to keep my interest until the end.

Story
"Present day conditions," writes Pink, "call loudly for a new examination and new presentation of God's omnipotence, God's sufficiency, God's sovereignty. From every pulpit in the land it needs to be thundered forth that God still lives, that God still observes, that God still reigns. Faith is now in the crucible, it is being tested by fire, and there is no fixed and sufficient resting place for the heart and mind but in The Throne of God.

Have your Bible ready
Reviewed: 11-19-22
please if you do read this. really study out what he is trying to say. he confuses a lot of scripture. for an example. he uses prophetic word from the prophets to explain why there are some people that are meant for Destruction. that there are people who would never make it to heaven. instead of the prophetic word is just for telling what will happen in the future. he kind of misses the understanding that God exists outside of time. therefore God knows all. when I first read the title I did not realize this this was going to be a discussion about Calvinism versus Arminianism. if you are new in the faith and do not have a solid understanding of the word of God I would caution you not to read this book.

Story
In 1665, a young man from Martha's Vineyard became the first Native American to graduate from Harvard College. Upon this slender factual scaffold, Brooks has created a luminous tale of love and faith, magic and adventure. The narrator of Caleb's Crossing is Bethia Mayfield, growing up in the tiny settlement of Great Harbor amid a small band of pioneers and Puritans. Restless and curious, she yearns after an education that is closed to her by her sex....

Story
How long has your Goliath stalked you? Invaded your first thought of the morning and last worry of the night? David knows a little something about facing giants. The shepherd boy seemingly had little to offer against the nine-foot, nine-inch Goliath. You could read his story and wonder what God saw in him. Throughout his life, David fell as often as he stood, stumbled as often as he conquered. But for those who know the threat of a Goliath, David gives this reminder: Focus on giants — you stumble. Focus on God — your giants tumble.
