Some books are like good friends, you can’t wait to spend time with them again, and again. The Pern books are like that. I can’t wait to re-read or listen to them again, and again. The narrations are the best. The narrators make Pern and all its characters come alive. No AI emotionless reading here. Anna McCaffrey’s gift of storytelling is amazing. I have to check up on Pern every now & again to see how it’s doing. :o)
