Could you survive on your own, in the wild, with everyone out to make sure you don't live to see the morning? In the ruins of a place once known as North America lies the nation of Panem, a shining Capitol surrounded by 12 outlying districts. The Capitol is harsh and cruel and keeps the districts in line by forcing them all to send one boy and one girl between the ages of 12 and 18 to participate in the annual Hunger Games, a fight to the death on live TV.

Any additional comments?
If you haven't read or listened to his book or series then GET WITH THE PROGRAM! The reason these books are so AMAZING isn't the love story like hollywood keeps playing up. It's fact that a corrupt government would rather punish 24 innocent CHILDREN then give people who are poor and starving the rights they deserve! Katniss' story takes you into a world where people are more focused on fashion and partying then helping those in need. That is why this is a national bestseller because when you close the book or hit pause you look around the world you are in and see things that could be fixed and that need to be. This book isn't just some cheap thrill ride, It challenges you. So stop stalling, download this book and let it change you for the better.

What did you like best about this story?
I loved getting to listen to when Katniss returned to the Capitol. The building tension in the districts too. Just getting to listen to the story for hours on end really makes you feel the struggle and enjoy the story all the more. Excellent Book.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
The scene where Peeta almost dies gets to me everytime.

Would you listen to Mockingjay again? Why?
I would love to listen to Mockingjay again and I will no doubt when the first mockingjay movie comes out.
What about Carolyn McCormick’s performance did you like?
She really captures the feel of the character. Although her voice sounds old for a 18 year old girl, she is very good as Katniss. She brings weight to her thoughts. I don't think I could have taken a younger voice for all the grim things Katniss has to do.
If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?
Rebellion comes at a high price

Would you consider the audio edition of Pleasure of a Dark Prince to be better than the print version?
This was the first of the Immortals After Dark Book I ever read and it was so good I couldn't put it down. When I finally saw that it was available as an audio book I was super Excited! The story is action packed, non stop and funny too!
What about Robert Petkoff’s performance did you like?
Robert Petkoff brings each and every character to life and some how he also gives them all a distinct voice! Like when Lothaire made and apperance it sounded just like Lothaire in his own book. This guy is the best in the business!

I would recommend reading this book over listening to it. It was a good story.
How could the performance have been better?
I HATED the annoying voice the narrator gave the male character. He's supposed to be this tough man with scars and stuff. But she made him sound like a big whiny ninny. If she had just gave him a better voice I would have enjoyed the performance much more.

Would you listen to Poison Princess again? Why?
YES!!!! The performances were so good, I was on the edge of my seat the entire time.
Who was your favorite character and why?
Evie, she has so much power but she is so scared. It shows that she might appreciate her power more.
Which scene was your favorite?
When she finally takes charge. Stops being a scared little girl and hunts.
Any additional comments?
I love the author Kresley Cole and I have read almost every single book she has out so I thought I would give this book a chance. Honestly, I didn't expect much from it but I had a free credit and boy was I suprised. This book is action packed, romance packed, and follows this girl who stops using other people to define her and starts defining herself! I wish the ending wasn't such a cliff-hanger but...that's part of the fun right?

If you could sum up The Clockwork Princess in three words, what would they be?
Love, Sacrifice & Action!
Which character – as performed by Daniel Sharman – was your favorite?
I loved how he did Will's voice. In all the other audio books of this series no one really got Will's accent down but I think Daniel did. He did good for Tessa and Jem and everyone else too but I loved Will.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
I couldn't help crying in the epilogue. It's a good ending but I couldn't help but cry.
Any additional comments?
This is a FANTASTIC conclusion to the series. It starts off fast paced and it doesn't really stop. I had a hard time turning it off and I got through it really really fast. I love Cassandra Clare and I think she is an amazing author and she didn't disappoint with this book.
