I often suffer from insomnia and sometimes nothing can help calm my racing mind. This audiobook, on the other hand, takes a different approach towards finding muscle and emotional relaxation through the short but.effective stories, guided meditations and self-hypnosis. All well-explained and easy-to-implement systems that help you get to the relaxation you need to get the sleep the right way. I really enjoyed reading this book. I found this book to be very enjoyable and helpful. Plus I slept all night. Will recommend!!!

This insight, easily accessible book offers practical, well-researched concepts that can help anyone who is needing support to become more differentiated and mature. This text offers concepts that support self-soothing, embodiment, and mindfulness. We all get stuck in rumination in some aspect of our connection and this book can help you figure out where/how you get stuck and how to get unstuck. Will recommend!!!

This book is perfect for the stressed and anxiety ridden adult to read before going to sleep.It helps us relax to get a good night's sleep that helps us recover energy and calm our thoughts.The stories are meant to soothe you into a relaxed state so you’ll fall asleep and stay asleep. The author explained how an individual's communication style is influenced by their outlook on life, he emphasized on the significance of understanding the role of language in conversation, and the various types of body language that speak louder than words.It’s a great book for anyone wanting to have a better understanding of communication, understanding cultural differences and how to avoid misunderstandings. I also related to the types of communication and how to change your communication style to communicate effectively. Will recommend!!!

If you have someone in your life living with dementia, I wholeheartedly urge you to read this book. It's easy to read and understand, practical, loving, encouraging...the book explains the types and causes of dementia, its progression and physical changes, how to cope with those changes, diet and nutrition and most importantly the end-of-life decisions. The author is very honest and realistic as to what can happen and that was refreshing. I recommend this book to anyone who has no idea what to do when facing this new stage of their loved one's life. Dementia is really frustrating and confusing for all involved, this book helps deal with that and help the caregivers process their emotions and gain a positive perspective and avoid mistakes. Well done!!!

The author describes disorganized attachment and how it affects our relationships. Bringing our unhealed childhood trauma and baggage such as fear, loneliness will only create a type of dysfunction that will be hard to contain, thus sabotaging your efforts to make it the best it could be. This audiobook will help you to recognize disorganized attachment and how to avoid those triggers in your journey such as how to show love, be a great support system, techniques to pick up the signs and traits etc… Based on real life advice given to his clients, the author supports his research with science based mechanism to unroot the signs and symptoms of disorganized attachment and create better coping behaviors that shows how to create a mutual trust, respect and loving relationship moving forward.

The book is packed with a wealth of information, covering everything from cooking and money management to social etiquette, emergency skills, and healthy coping mechanisms. I was impressed by the breadth of topics covered in this book and how it provides a comprehensive guide for teenagers who want to learn practical skills that are not always taught in school or by parents.

We really need to teach our young kids all this informative information especially in this day and age. I highly recommend this book and teaching our kids all the lessons they need to graduate into adulthood and be successful! Kids need to know the benefits of spending wisely, infesting, saving and not getting trapped into debt. They need to also learn not needing us to bail them out! Teens and adults alike will benefit from the well-laid out and informative chapters that demystify the budgeting, investing, and credit card worlds. I strongly recommend it!
