The threesome scenes and relationship were the only risks taken in this writing. Everything else was easy to see coming and easy to figure out. As well, female is glaringly young for these two guys, and young in general. I had to take a few breaks from this book and listen to others because it gets tiresome.

Hanna Martin is not the narrator for this book. Difficult to listen to.

I read a review that said it was a blend of John Wick & Dexter. That's why I took a chance on it. To be absolutely clear: IN NO WAY IS THIS BOOK ANYTHING LIKE JOHN WICK OR DEXTER. Caleb is ridiculous, making stupid tactical moves and even acknowledging he's doing it, and the tactics he's able to pull off are kind of absurd and too ostentatious for an under-the-radar contract killer. Just read as very self-impressed and immature to me. I cut out early.

Narrator wasn't the worst I've ever heard, but he wasn't great.

This was a terrible and ridiculous story. In fact, I didn't make it all the way to the end and it's only 2 hours. It actually read like an AI came up with it. Just silly and cold. As well, the "virtual voice" was awful. This should not be a thing. I hope more authors don't jump on this bandwagon.

This story was enjoyable, definitely had a very young feel to it. Not really a lot of "adult" problems or thinking. Understandable considering the characters, but can feel a bit tedious after a few hours. Just the perspective of someone older I guess.

Narration was fine.

This book seems very amateurish. The main character is constantly making references to earthly things that she--in the same breath--clarifies don't exist anymore and haven't since way before she was born. It doesn't make sense that she would be referencing things she doesn't/wouldn't know considering the premise Stone sets up. And this happens constantly. As well, the writing is not good and the storyline is silly.

NARRATION: Skyler Morgan's narration compounded the problems. It wasn't good and definitely wasn't the right choice for this book.

I'm going to take a guess here that Nilsson is a vegan, is against conventional marriage. The 2 leads' relationship seem like, were they a real couple you'd know, they would be the toxic relationship that everyone would constantly be annoyed with. They act like young adults that don't know how to do life very well yet, and definitely don't know how to function in a committed relationship/partnership. As well, they constantly contradict themselves. Just lazy writing I guess.

Nothing in this story is interesting. The characters aren't interesting, their relationship and stories aren't interesting and--frankly--their progression is silly. Moreland has done much better conceiving and developing characters than this... I don't know why she didn't appear to bother with Aldo. Not interested in any further installments.

After about an hour, the only thing that seems to be going on is that this guy became an avid cyclist (as I'm guessing is the author based on the tone) and he hates drivers who don't give cyclists the run of the road. Since--in real life--I'm one of those drivers, this book isn't for me. The first hour was just a bunch of cycling and complaining which killed it for me.

I generally enjoy Louise Bay's work (they're easy reads) and like a few of them enough to re-listen from time to time. Dr. Off Limits is not in the same ballpark as those. An hour in, and I have to stop. It's so ridiculous and cliche that it makes me want to gag. These characters aren't interesting and I have zero interest in their story.

Not amazing, but pretty good. An interesting take wherein the female is able to contribute notably to the resolution of the conflict but in no way compromising her femininity and her position as the female love interest.

Tor Thom's voice is always a bit annoying to me. It's too breathy and just wears on me after awhile.
