Great if you're a big fan of sports analogies!

Great if you're a big fan of sports analogies, which I'm not. It was decent and made a point or two, but all in all it was a story of the authors life and what he screwed up as well as what he learned working with some teams.

I need to go through this again in slower, more in-depth fashion because it is so loaded with good stuff!

Good book, mostly a historical run down of Phil's basketball career, which is pretty amazing. He eludes to various team-building and culture that he doesn't expand enough. I'd love to get more on that front. Maybe a different book

Started a little slow and I was wondering if I made the right choice, but I'm glad I kept going. A couple chapters in it was just loaded - I'll need to listen again, too much gold for one listen.

Really a great book but it started slowly, the voice takes some getting used to, but the content is really good!

Not redundant like I thought it might be when I started. Once he gets into the CEO interviews, there is some priceless information, worth the entry fee!

More of a blow by blow then underlying philosophy, fairly long and drawn out but ok. Definitely about Howard Schultz!

I wasn’t sure for the first few chapters, it seemed a little blah, but once I got a few chapters in, it had a lot of really good reminders, and some new twist on ideas that I have heard, but never used. Really a good read!
