Story
If anyone could be considered a Russian counterpart to the infamous British double-agent Kim Philby, it was Oleg Gordievsky. The son of two KGB agents and the product of the best Soviet institutions, the savvy, sophisticated Gordievsky grew to see his nation's communism as both criminal and philistine. He took his first posting for Russian intelligence in 1968 and eventually became the Soviet Union's top man in London, but from 1973 on he was secretly working for MI6.

the End of an ERA
Reviewed: 11-25-22
Did I weep during this book. heck yes I did! I wept, I laughed, and most importantly, I got PUMPED about era 3. Brandon Sanderson is simply the best fantasy writer...nah...the best WRITER hands down. his characters are well thought out and intriguing, and his worlds...his worlds are ALIVE. The narrator, the GREAT Michael Kramer, delivers one of his best performances to date. and that is saying quit a lot. This book, and ALL of the Sanderson - Kramer/Reading collaborations are the mecca, Supreme for what all other audio books should strive to be. did I weep during series? F*** yes I did. The END OF ERA 2...the beginning of ERA 3.
