This is not a explanation explanation of how to do his detox. It is a podcast of him answering (aggressively) questions for people who have enrolled in his guided detox program. I was expecting this to lay out what that program is. If you listen to all 9 hours and take notes I'm sure you could figure it out. Most of the questions are can I take pain medicines, will this help with my condition? His tone of voice is aggressive and his choice of words is often insulting. I couldn't take take 9 hours of him dismissing people's questions and other peoples health advice. He is very hard to listen to and this is very disorganized.

The information could have been written in two paragraphs. The entire book is; every night before you go to bed write down three to five things you're grateful for. If you want it to be more effective Journal for a few minutes also. For even more effect read that list in the morning. Forgive people. That's the entire book. I've have heard it before but usually it's a subheading in chapter of a book. There is not enough information to make it even a short book. The author says I know I'm repeating myself. Repeating yourself in a very short book is not necessary it's filler so you can call an essay a book. He repeats himself a lot. He also references the power of attraction. I did not think I was getting a book on positive thinking attracting things to my life.

In the conclusion of this book David Sinclair says: I am not a medical doctor. It is not my place to tell anyone what to do. I do share what I do but it is not necessarily what you should be doing and I have no idea if this is even the right thing for me to be doing. I have no proof that what my wife and I are doing is working for us.

This book is just about why we need more research and what research is already being done. It does not tell you what you can do. he has a blood test that tells him all his bio markers every few months by a special company that he does not even name. That's not something most of us have access to. He takes a prescription that is for disease he doesn't have. Again something most of us would not have access to. He is trying to get aging listed as a disease so he can get more funding for his work. That's the basis of this book there is very little that will help you if you were looking to improve your health span right now. He's also very big on keeping your body in survival mode. I've had several autoimmune diseases and I've reverse them all by staying out of survival mode I also reverse multiple chemical sensitivity by staying out of survival mode. his advise may be good for people who do not have autoimmune diseases but since autoimmune diseases are on the rise it should have been stated that it is not good advice for people with autoimmune disease.
