Probably one of the first audiobooks in a long time I'll listen to again. So much useful and helpful information that I can truly apply.
Don't pass this up. There is probably only a small percentage of people that couldn't Benefit from this book.

Very good maybe if it was updated ? It would be excellent. I also have the physical book. I am certain there are nuggets I can pull from this material. Some audible books are too long, those one could have been longer , with more specifics. Narrator was decent not great. Definitely check it out

Don't overlook this one

Don't overlook this one. This was a long audiobook and the principles go so high in number that it would need impossible to remember them all. However it is definitely worth your time. The narrator is excellent, and the stories are relatively up to date. The only issue I have is the author at times seemd down to earth but then makes reference to his estate. So sometimes seems out of touch or maybe I am the wrong audience. Otherwise highly recommended.

Overall very good could be better. There were many incredible gems worthing writing down as I listened to this book. The research was obvious, but the examples were easy too many and there narrators voice was just on the edge of annoying. I wish there was happy medium .

Perfect timing for my breathing challenges.
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I had read and listened to many books on breathing. I have asthma and allergies. The process in this book does give immediate results. The lay out of the book is good but a little confusing. I wish it was spelled out quicker and simpler. But the results are definitely worth it. Strongly recommend!
