Sonny Bono was not perfect and had many flaws but without him, Cher would not have been a Celeb. She felt smothered by his control. HEY AUDIBLE, do Sonnys Autobiography THE BEAT GOES ON...next.

A smart guy who rolled with the fame and the punches Hollywood can bring. Not just Urkel. So glad he grew up in a Faith-based home. Good parents who did their best and didn't steal his money.

Matthew Perry did a great job as narrating. There's not a lot of people I can listen to on any form of audiobook without losing interest. I did not lose interest here. One of my biggest issues is him constantly talking about God and also being an admirer of Christopher Hitchens. Everyone knows that Christopher Hitchens was a rabid atheist and yet Matthew Perry respects him more than his brother whom I think is a believer in God. I would have to listen to the entire interview between him and Christopher hitchens's brother to decide for myself whether it was cruelty or it was just Matthew Perry overreacting. I'm not a big fan of calling addictions a disease. I think addictions are simply addictions. Parkinson's is a disease. Cancer is a disease. Heart disease is a disease. The term disease seems to be a way of making an excuse for what you personally do yourself, to yourself. I do think that Matthew Perry was excellent in After Camelot portraying Ted Kennedy. you will notice in the miniseries that he did have a Kennedy accent but it was very slight. I think that was the right move. plus he looks like Ted Kennedy. Probably the best depiction I've seen besides the real thing.

Good but disappointing. Disney films require more in depth info. Lacking "Behind the scenes" stuff. What was it like working with Dean Jones? William Demarest? She focuses too much on Pollyanna and Parent Trap and leaves the others behind. As a classic Disney fan I expected a lot more.

Good, interesting book about Garrett as manufactured teen idol but Narrator screwed up on the film name name Gigot (gee go) not pronounced gigget and Suge Knight is not pronounced Sooge - very distracting. He couldn't ask someone in the studio?

Dont aspire to become famous. This is a guide on how not to live your life as a famous rock musician. One of the band members died from heroin overdose after he found out he had HIV. Some of the other band members slept around with anyone and everyone, got STDs. Many of them were raging drunks. Screwed over family members etc. Got women pregnant, paid them off. Another GROSS OUT Rock Bio.

This was a good book. I'm glad it wasn't padded out with unnecessary information about Glen Campbell's life but it does include biographies. How to deal with someone with tendencies towards alcoholism, using Faith as a Force for good in one's life during the struggles and Alzheimer's at the varying stages.
