Story
Scrum is a framework of so-called agile project management that’s particularly popular in software development and tech in general. In agile project management, the entire project isn’t planned out in advance: the teams plan a sprint (a few weeks of work), then review their work and plan the next sprint. This makes planning much simpler, more flexible, and more open to change. OK, you think, this sounds nice, but what exactly does all this mean? Don't worry - this book will explain everything in a beginner-friendly, practical way.

Worst book ever
Reviewed: 02-03-20
The book starts with mentioning scrum for a minute - then talking about blockchain. This continues in each of the following chapters: ½ a minute of scrum then blockchain talk. Must be some kind of con. Also - most of the (many) positive reviews seem to be fabricated.

Yes, its a must-read. There is the villain, the hero, the princess in distress, the cunning plot and escape... all the elements. At the same time it gives a good view into the time of the novels writing.

Story
The time of the American mountain man was not to reach its peak until the mid-19th century, but the man who served as the prototype for the cultural genre hailed from an earlier age in which the new United States had scarcely established its most basic structural tenets. A member of the original Lewis and Clark Corps of Discovery commissioned by Thomas Jefferson, John Colter’s multiple journeys to the northwest country of present-day Montana, Wyoming, and Idaho were first-time events in the development of the continent.

A somewhat short, but still good walkthrough about the few known facts on John Colters life and achievements. Few things are known about the very early part of his life, and somewhat more is known about his late years, so the emphasis is naturally on his life from the time of Lewis & Clark expedition till he settles down with a spouse.
