Story
Felix's life on Earth had become a series of dead-end jobs, ruined relationships, and rotating apartments smaller than most postage stamps. By all accounts, even his own, he was a coward. Too afraid to move forward, to take risks. Yet when given the chance to choose between risking his life or walking away from a deadly encounter, he didn't hesitate. Moments before his untimely demise, Felix was snatched from earth and thrust into a magical world known only as "The Continent". Empowered by the "System", he learns that he can strengthen himself through combat and dedication.

First, Travis Baldree, excellent work and well done with the various character voices. You made this story all the better for your work. HUGE Kuddos.
I love the mix of story and game/RPG. I could see this being a video game or just a TTRPG or both. If I could find a copy of the rules/stats and such I would bring a few fellow gamers into your marvelously crafted world and Im looking forward to the next book. Thank you for sharing this story with the world.
Love every min of this book!

Story
When Van Tudor returns to his childhood home, he inherits more than the family farm. His grandfather used to tell him fantastic stories of spacemen and monsters, princesses and galactic knights. Little did Van realize, the old man's tales were more than fiction; they were real. Hidden beneath the old barn, Van’s legacy is waiting: a starship, not of this world. With his combat AI, an android bird named Perry, Van takes his first steps into the wider galaxy. He soon finds that space is far busier and more dangerous than he could have ever conceived.

Good book made even better by the narrator

This book starts out really well. Later I feel like it kind of loses traction and gets a little lost, but I still very much enjoyed it. The narrator does an excellent job as well and helping to take us along on the ride. I look forward to getting into the rest of the series and see where this leads.

I have loved every step of my journey through this series. This books is a great addition to all of the others, building on each in what feels like a natural progression much like cultivation itself. It also, IMO, invites one to self speculate both inwardly and outwardly tot he world we live.
I look forward to the ongoing adventures/stories.
Thank you Tao Wong for your excellent storytelling!!!

Story
When Timothy finally found work as a tester for a popular online MMORPG, his lifelong dream was fulfilled. And now, he earns money (and pretty good money, at that) just for doing what he loves - playing a beautiful and realistic computer game. But he isn't some typical run-of-the-mill player, like the millions of others. Timothy is truly capable and talented, and stands out from the crowd. In fact, the faceless masses consider him far too lucky and successful.

I was so sad to find this series to be over. Both books are wonderful and I cannot praise them enough. The story flows beautifully and reminds me of many Online games with rich stories, but it is true that many of them lack interesting twists for character development. This books game Boundless Realms I would sign up for in a heartbeat if its anything like this books storyline. This depicts the kind of immersive video gaming experience I have dreamed of since I was a kid. Very well written and a huge BRAVO to the Narrator. Well done all around!!!!

Would you be prepared to work for free? How would you like to bust your hump for a large corporation 60-plus hours a week without a wage or a single day off for the vague promise of some mysterious perks in the distant future? You'd refuse point blank, wouldn't you? But what if the job in question was playing a state-of-the-art fantasy MMORPG game? And what if this was the only thing you're really good at? Especially considering that your in-game partner is someone really special to you - and this person already lives a virtual life?

The voice person did a great job as well and didn’t pull me out of the experience. Very well done all around and worth the purchase!!!

Would you listen to The White Mage Omnibus: Books 1-3 again? Why?
Yes! I very much enjoyed the books and it kept me wanting more.
What other book might you compare The White Mage Omnibus: Books 1-3 to and why?
The beauty about this series is the magic system isn't really anything Ive read/seen before and I like it.
Have you listened to any of Derek Perkins’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
I have not, and I believe Derek Perkins did a very good job with this book. I look forward to listening to others.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
Only teared up a bit during a couple of parts.
Any additional comments?
All things considered I very much enjoyed this book(s). Its a well thought out world and I would enjoy doing some RPG in a world like this. The magic system is unique and fun. My only issue is that there is a feeling in places that the writer didn't quite get across what he was trying to say. Its that feeling that kinda brought me out of the story and back into the real world. Still, this is a really great series and I will be buying the rest of these so I can see how it all plays out. Thank you for sharing this story to the world!
