Sad but inspiring story

So sad just how many kids suffer by those assigned to care for them. So proud that Ashley found the courage to not only speak out about what she went through but the other children as well. I'm still shocked that they only got 5 months probation for what they did , it was a slap on the wrist!! I was floored!! I'm praying for tougher laws for those that abuse children in the foster care system. And more workers that will listen , believe and protect the children that are telling them about the abuse at the hands of these foster care givers. Happy to hear you & your brother found loving people to adopt y'all . What amazing parents you have now , you had a rough start in life but so blessed to have an amazing family that will always be there for you and you there for them. Thank you for sharing your story! Going to get part 2 now and binge read it like I did this book , well more like listen lol I love Audible and its nice to hear the author read their own books / story.

Come to Jesus , Be ready!
Reviewed: 08-27-21
Very good podcast I highly recommend .. I can remember hearing about end times my whole life , the stories my parents and grandparents told me about the signs of end times and how near they thought it was at different times throughout their life's. And preachers teaching the end was near & the many ppl with their predictions but none of the dates were to be however now I see the signs more than i ever have and feel it pulling at my heart. I want so much to get my grown kids to be prepared & ready as well for their children , my precious grandbabies . God give me the strength and the right words that will touch their hearts , minds & souls to lead them back to your good graces , in the mighty name of Jesus , Amen !!

This book drew me in and I couldn't stop reading till the very end with its unexpected twist. Well I can't say unexpected twist cos the description clearly says there's a twist at the end but I never dreamed the ending turning out like it did , totally did not see that coming at all. Very emotional rollercoaster !! I would recommend this book to all my friends family and anyone that likes these type books. This was my first time reading a book like this one by this author and won't be my last. The author did a amazing job . I'm reading another one of her books next called The Perfect Family and I'm sure I won't be disappointed.

But he was soon overcome by the herd of rambunctious, resilient children.

Inspiring & sad story with happy ending. These children were stolen , trafficked and moved around into homes that couldnt afford to feed their own let alone 4 or more children. The traffickers told the children their parents were dead and threaten to beat them if they ever said otherwise even if the mother or father was in front of them they didn't date day a word out of fear. By the grace of God the children in this story found a safe haven where they were very well taken care of. Thankfully for many ppl like Coner who volunteered to help care for these children . Coner didn't start out to but was inspired to reunite these parents & children. With hard work , determination and dedication he along with the help of other ppl & volunteers they made that possible.

This book blew me away. Heartbreaking that this woman Georgia Tann for away with stealing , selling ,abuse and many deaths of babies & children for over 3 decades is crazy! stealing them from the poor and adopting them out aka really selling to the rich! Sadly some never even made it out alive , some stole from birth handed over from Dr to nurse then to the new family with the parents thinking their baby died or had them sign papers of lies while the mother was highly medicated not knowing what they were signing. How she had so many ppl to help her carry out children theifing is beyond me! This story touched my heart in so many ways from heartbreak to the heartwarming sisters day. The end was very touching as well. It very well written and will keep you reading & sleepless to the very end! My heart breaks for all the children , mothers, fathers and siblings hurt by this evil evil woman.
