The life in exile series is a great story. I have thoroughly enjoyed it. Right up to this book. LOTS of stats in this one. I see the author is taking a hiatus from this series. Did I say there are LOTS of stats in this one. (Chapter 14). Hopefully, after the break the author gets back to the motivated writing of the first books. I can’t wait to see how the story ends.

Another great installment in the series. Just ignore the whining reviews this is a great series so far. Well worth the money. If cursing offends you maybe stay with more wholesome books. Yes we all want more in a story but in the end it’s the authors story to tell. Unless the author shortens the books or loses interest I’ll read the story. It does have me hooked.

I was worried Will would fall into the “man I’m tired of writing this series so let’s end it quick “ mind set of some authors. He did NOT do this. Good story but….

This series is ok. I can’t really say anything bad about it. I just finished the sixth book and it was ok. NOT great. The only thing I can gripe about is the “dramatic “ reading of the chapter numbers. That was annoying. If you are into this type of books you might like them. For a reference this series isn’t close to being in the same league as “Cradle” or “He who fights with monsters “.
