Extreamly informative and eye opening

I went through the book twice and going into my third time. A great book with very good examples and stories on how people implement scrum into education, poverty and even renovating a home. Scrum enables and support design thinking. It has also changed how I act as a leader and how to enable my team to become more successful in their professional and personal lives. Also the concept of OODA has an impact on how I react to opportunities and even person to person interaction.

Improve your leadership and team accountability

I loved the book. realised that why my team was failing and how clear communication plays a major role in team success. The concept of taking ownership on why things fail puts me into a position to see where i can improve as a leader. it all starts with the leader or the manager. but also how teams need to understand the concepts of extreame ownership from their side. it's a great book and the real world war experiences and how those lessons gets interpreted into the business world is quite interesting and informative.

Supporting evidence for Design Thinking

Design thinking is about truly understanding your wicked problem and through itterative ideation, experimentation and with frequent testing trying to learn early and as often untull you have a minimum viable solution. Through small continuous tests you learn where you assumptions and hypotheses is correct as well as where they are failing. this book support the methodology behind design thinking and why it's so successful in solving complex real world problems. to learn is to fail early through experimentation and having the grit to push through and not letting your ego stand in the way. it's a great book with lessons you can apply in business and on a personal level.
