LOVED EVERY BLOODY MINUTE

This was a little disturbing but in the best way! Never thought I’d fall in love with two serial killers, but here we are. This was entertaining, exciting and so much fun! Cannot wait for more in the series. Audiobook was fantastic!

I thought this was really cute! And both of the main characters were lovable and relatable. The audiobook is done really well!! Jackson is swoon-worthy!! When the story started, I thought it was going to be kind of light and cute… But they had dirty talking down to a T. 🥵

I really liked this one! I found Lincoln’s brand of crazy kinda endearing. Ha ha! Only in books though…in real life he would be straight up crazy. I really enjoyed the way he just put his heart out there for Monroe. He never held anything back. Audiobook was great!

I thought this first book was absolutely beautiful and heartbreaking at the same time. I feel like there were parts that might have been more affective if they were a little shorter. There was a time or two when my mind would kind of lose track of what was going on because the inner monologue was so long. And the male narrator on the audiobook lacked the emotional depth that I think the role needed. His voice was nice but made it hard for me to feel their connection. My little knit picking is really more of a personal preference and does not mean I didn’t enjoy the story. I did! And I already preordered book 2.

What the heck!?

So, I hated Quentin in this book. All I can say is he better be the King of Groveling in the books ahead. I felt equal parts sorry and frustrated with Aspen. She says she needs to save herself about 127 times throughout the story, but rolls over and takes more crap. I am curious enough to get the next book because I really hope to see her find her backbone and shove her foot up all the kids butts that tortured her.

This was a really cute and sweet story, but I felt it was a little long and slightly boring. I hate to say that because it really is a sweet story. It just didn’t wow me. And Brooks inner monologue drove me crazy. She would go on and on… It started out endearing and got really tiresome. I listened to the audiobook and thought that the narrators did a really nice job.

I went into this one blind and I have to say I really enjoyed it. It was different and exciting. I loved how strong Bennett was. But she’s still lovable and someone I really wanted to see get her happily ever after. Priest was enough of a rogue that I was not sure how I was going to fee about him. And as the story progressed and I could see what was coming I could not help but love all the characters. Audiobook was wonderful!
