I thought this book was head & shoulders above other relationship books I have read.
Author does a great job assessing the “attachment style“ of your partner, which is a core issue for every couple.
Presented is a great method of unification called “Emotional Focus Therapy.” Also Highlighted are the impactful areas of recognizing & understanding your partner’s triggers & behavior patterns. Clever & practical practices are suggested such as creating a time capsule, joint vision board, intimacy rituals & “regular check-ins.”
I highly recommend this book for anyone couple seeking to overcome the mire of a relationship, to remove their emotional debris & to reconnect to & enhance their core love.

Light is amply shed on the vast array of Whole Foods including fruits, veggies, legumes & rice, along with their many health restoring benefits. Some of these benefits include reducing the risk of heart attack, reducing risk of diabetes type II, strengthening the immune system & reversing high cholesterol.
Author also advocates stress-reducing healthy lifestyle habits such as exercise, yoga, box breathing & meditation. Reader will be happy to find a list of resources for plant based recipes & cooking. Lastly, I was fascinated to learn that plant based diet can lengthen telomeres by 10%.

Being the daughter of an Alzheimer’s patient I deeply appreciated the valuable information in this book.
This author does a thorough job revealing the necessary & not always obvious hurdles that await the caregiver. A broad scope of topics is covered from early onset symptoms, advanced symptoms & medical testing to health care costs, Advanced Directives & the formation of the of Family Trusts. Finally the importance of a support system & regular self-care is underscored.
All information is delivered in a clear, organized manner.
