Story
Seth Andrews wasn't an idiot during his 30 years as an evangelical Christian. He wasn't unintelligent, nor did his IQ shift when he ultimately left religion entirely. He considered himself thoughtful, moral, reasonable, and at least as smart as the average person. In other words, he wasn't an idiot. Yet strangely, he often sounded like one.

As for the conversation about nipples, it's a problem because of they way men in American culture sexualise women, specifically the breast and nipples. American culture notoriously over sexualises the female body, I mean when young girls are taught to cover up rather than young boys being taught to respect everyone, idk what you expect. Of men weren't such violent perverts we could show breast and nipples without an issue.

Story
Discover magazine recently called Richard Dawkins "Darwin's Rottweiler" for his fierce and effective defense of evolution. Prospect magazine voted him among the top three public intellectuals in the world (along with Umberto Eco and Noam Chomsky). Now Dawkins turns his considerable intellect on religion, denouncing its faulty logic and the suffering it causes.

Very good.

My only issue is how down played child molestation is, he describes it as a mild discomfort to just be brushed off... I can count on one hand the few adults I know who weren't molested as children, it's rampant and does irreversible psychological damage to many. Not everyone can easily brush it off as the author did.

The way its read is really broken up and janky.

It's so broken up filled with unnecessary pauses and mispronunciations, if you're going to have a computer read a book for an audio publishing at least listen to it before telling people to buy separate copies. It's not worth $2.
