I was riveted by the story. The vivid description of the murder was hard to listen to, so I skipped past some of the gruesome details. The narrator lowered his voice for the spooky parts which is effective in a very quiet environment but nearly impossible to hear while driving which is where I do most of my listening.

Neil De Grass Tyson is the soothing voice of reason . He puts it all in perspective and challenges you to think about what's true.

This story about a young woman trying to make it as a country singer was entertaining, but I was disappointed there was zero music. With Dolly Parton in one of the main roles, and new songs being introduced, I thought some of it would be sung. Nope. It's all just narration, lyrics too. So that was definitely disappointing. As for the plot, I fount it a bit predictable and had trouble understanding why the main character made some of the choices she did.

I liked the premise but the story dragged a bit and felt repetitive. Could have been cut in half and still gotten the message across.

I loved hearing Steve Martin tell his own story with all its highs and lows. A very honest and introspective journey, and thoroughly entertaining.

I enjoyed listening to this author's fictional version of a woman who made a significant contribution to the war of independence by playing a crucial role in outing Benedict Arnold.

This was an enjoyable listen about a young woman striving to realize her magical potential in a male dominated society. Plenty of action and intrigue with interesting characters. The narrator did a decent job, though his inflection sounded off at times to my ears.

This was very entertaining. Baldwin does a great job narrating. If you liked Hitchhiker's Guide you will probably like this.

This was good for a quick listen. I liked the narrator and enjoyed this story about a woman's story interviewing a somewhat flawed marriage guru, and the mixed messages and misunderstandings that resulted.
