Excellent advice to set up and make money

AirBnB is such an intriguing business plan and this book provides excellent advice on how to set it up, hire employees, and run the operation. I like how there is advice for beginners as well as for experienced entrepreneurs on how to easily earn money in this growing business. For 20 years I had rental properties and this seems more profitable with less financial investment. Thank you!

Thank you Ryan Pace for presenting me with ways to protect myself from manipulation. You provide many helpful suggestions. I can relate to running from bullies; it is a passive way of protecting myself and my relationships. Survivors of abuse should escape as soon as possible as it only gets worse. This book presents many ways for us to live up to our potential.

SMH Gibson provides good reasons to use social media to build our businesses. This book says how important it is to identify the audience. They also stress how important it is to develop ideas that will increase sales. It might be important to hire professionals if you cannot write the content or provide photos yourself. It is important to organize and plan a monthly or weekly approach to using social media. I like the reference sources to increase my business that are included in this book. I would highly recommend this book to everyone who wants to grow their business.

Such a great puppy training audiobook

Syd Roberts takes the anxiety out of adopting and training a puppy. There were so many excellent ideas and systems that he used. I particularly liked the checklist at the end of each chapter to monitor the pup's skills and how well it retains new good behavior. Having a well-trained puppy that has good behavior is so important; I will share these excellent ideas with my friend.

An excellent book to teach how to be a landlord

This is an excellent book on how to manage rental property, and I recommend it to everyone who is considering that business. Specific helpful information is included to teach the new landlord/landlady. I was a landlady for over 20 years and managed several properties. It was a lot of work but my time was flexible and that was important. My Mom, Grandmother, and I all were landladies and lived in the properties, making a major tax write-off. I never raised the rent on tenants as I appreciated them, and some stayed many years. Of course, I increased the rent when they moved.

Learning a foreign language is extremely difficult for me, so I am pleased to find a better way. This audiobook can be a lifesaver to many people, including myself. English grammar is not a problem for me, so I should be able to fulfill my dream of learning another language. In fact, there are 3 languages I have always wanted to know.
