Story
For Kip Barrett, a secret commission from her boss's boss's boss, CEO Tamara Sterling, shows that the respect she's earned for her integrity and intelligence as a fraud investigator is justified. All she has to do is what she's done successfully before: follow the cyber-trail, find the high-tech thief, and document it so that justice prevails. This time, however, the embezzler is one of their own. Sterling Fraud Investigations has an unblemished reputation for ethical conduct and security. Kip must find out who and how, as soon as possible, and no one but Tamara can know what she's doing.

Just missing something

Lacking in miss directions, mystery, and an actual good reason for it all. Well written and narrated. Easy listen. Don't need to pay all that much attention to know what is going on. Just missed the mark personally for me.

Story
Megan Phenix - bar and grill owner in gay-friendly Eureka Springs - is labeled as "playing hard to get" and finds herself the object of much unwanted attention. If only she were seeing someone...maybe the women would leave her in peace. Leah Rollins thinks 50 is too young to retire, so instead she opens a store in the touristy shopping district of Eureka Springs, next to the popular Phenix Grill. She soon learns that Megan Phenix is a bit on the grumpy side as they spar over parking spaces....

Cyber bullying and sexual assault are not good fun.

I don't usual give reviews. I wish I would have read the reviews before buying, but it's a Gerri Hill book and 98% of the time they are a good easy listen. This plot had so many things wrong with it. Some trigger warnings are cyber bullying and sexual assault. Just a bad choice by the author.
