he's helping us unlock our inner gifts
I just finished listening to the audiobook which I very much appreciate was read by Ali abdull himself with his comforting charm. I've said this in other comments of other videos of yours but, realizing it or not you're giving us superpowers! you're unblocking gifts that we have inside of ourselves, gifts that we have to give to the world. you're showing us how to bring them about and I can't thank you enough. some critics will say oh but we've heard this research in other productivity books but never do they acknowledge the value of having it succinctly summarized and presented in a helpful, fun, enjoyable and simple way. and the value of summaries is that you can take what five books would have taught you and learn it all here. and in this book you gave us actionable steps, experiments to try. you guys are very inspiring. I love the work that your team is doing. keep doing your thAng.

The practicality
best and most actionable book i've read to date. i would reccomend this to everyone who wants mental clarity or to achieve any goal they have and enjoy the process

Aligning your goals
I particularly like the session on how to keep your motivation. A lot of productivity books focus a lot on the things we can do immediately and the habit we can start, but this session smartly supplemented how to keep the motivation by a few key experiments.
this is certainly one of the books I would reread. it's such an enjoyable listen. Thank you ali (from Hong Kong)!

Productivity at its best by feeling good
I have always been challenged with being productive and Ali has been my inspiration with his YouTube videos. Now with this book, he structures all his challenges and gives us a new perspective on how feeling good helps us be productive. Kudos to you Ali.

Great, actionable and REAL advice, tools and tricks
The audio is a bit distracting, you could hear deep breaths and it felt a bit rushed. Might be better as a hardcover.
