Great advice
I’ve been a chronic snorer for most of my adult years to the point where I’ve had to sleep in a separate room from my spouse. Needless to say I’ve been desperate to learn some things that might help me out. This book gave me just what I was looking for as it didn’t involve me needing to get an expensive cpap machine or anything like that. Instead it offered practical advice I feel that I can actually follow.

If you have sleep apnea you must read this book. It is loaded with information to help you. Wasn't expecting it to be that good. Very easy to listen to and very informative. I can't wait to tell my friends about what I learn in this book as a lot of people my age snore like crazy.

This was for me!
About 10 years ago I started waking up in the middle of the night. I could not go back to sleep. So I would work for a couple of hours and then try to go back to sleep for a couple of hours. I feel like a zombie.
Now I'm looking forward to trying these exercises and seeing if I can improve my breathing habits.

Dr. Petkus was kind enough to share his poignant story of misfortune at work due to his sleep apnea. He shared his unpleasant experiences with CPAP masks and supplies, his journey to understand the science behind sleep apnea, and his solutions for reducing snoring, using less CPAP, and increasing sleep. He provides a step-by-step guide to simple breathing exercises, natural breathing, and deep sleep; whether a narrow airway, large tongue, weak airway muscles, extra weight, or nasal congestion causes your sleep apnea, you can still find a solution. Mindful, non-inflammatory eating, routine exercises, a regular bedtime, great natural sunlight, practicing deep breathing, and much more are steps to prevent sleep apnea, designed to cater to a wide range of individuals. The author provides us with case examples to help us understand. This audio is excellent for people who have trouble sleeping.

My snoring almost ended my relationship...
My snoring was so disruptive it nearly ended my marriage, but listening to this with my partner has helped us both understand my sleep apnea struggles on a deeper level. The practical, natural solutions offered are easy to follow, and the breathing exercises have already started making a difference in my sleep quality. An interesting listen
Although my S.O. is a snorer and sometimes still feels tired in the morning, I don't think he has sleep apnea, but I wanted to listen to this audiobook to learn more about it.
