it actually works
This book really works to help stop drinking! A younger family member was able to stop his very severe drinking after listening to the other 'Easy Way' book. He recommended the original 'Easy Way' book to me, and after doing some research, I ended up buying the women's version. Well, it's been about 2 months since I first listened to this book, and I haven't had a drink since I finished the book (I had been drinking 2-5 drinks per night for years, and my husband still drinks daily after work). We all kind of know 'why' alcohol is bad, but listening to someone break it all down to you, and describe all the great things that will happen to you after you stop, is actually VERY helpful...for the price of this book, I was able to stop a habit that was robbing me of my health and making me feel guilty and ashamed...with minimal discomfort and without feeling deprived. Great narrator. A good book to buy and listen to even if you don't plan on stopping drinking at the moment. 100 percent recommend.

This book was written very well. I’m at peace with separating myself from alcohol. I will obviously have this book played over more than once. Great book!

Excellent
This really resonates with me. I highly recommend it. I think listening to it, as well as the written version is a good way to go. That way I can highlight, mark, and go back to easily for reference.

Wow
This book will change your life. I have been drinking for a very long time, more on the heavier side for the past 7 years.. I’ve tried to quit multiple times- this book makes it easy and makes the thought of ending your drinking ways enjoyable. I’m so glad I gave this book the chance to show me the easy way to quit. I’m ecstatic to see what the rest of my life looks like. Thank you!!

It creates so much awareness!
I have been wanting to stop drinking alcohol for a long time but the immediate gratification that it offers, plus boredom and habit made it very difficult. Different things hit me while reading this book. The most important is that I will not continue disrespecting my magnificent body putting in it alcohol poison. I’m done. I am so done! I feel very different from other times I thought I wouldn’t drink again. This time I feel it in the core of my soul. This has been amazing and I am beyond ecstatic!! God bless Allen Carr and his brilliant approach to addiction.

It helps. Seriously!
This book completely changed the way I view sobriety. I’m not sad or irritated, My cravings get smaller by the week, and I’m prepared to live sober.
